A milestone in the history of HydrogenPro is marked. The world’s largest electrolyser has arrived at HydrogenPro’s test facility in Herøya.

“This project is a fundamental milestone for large green hydrogen projects. It requires substantial planning, rigging, and the right equipment. This project is important to facilitate larger green hydrogen projects, reducing carbon footprints and costs,” says CPO Karoline Aafos.

“It was with great enthusiasm and joy that I witnessed the reception and placement of the large electrolyser at our test plant in Herøya today. This marks an important milestone for HydrogenPro and further verification of our technology for large-scale green hydrogen production. The results from the plant will help optimize our delivery to one of the world’s largest factories of green hydrogen,” commented Erik Christian Bolstad, Commercial Director at HydrogenPro.

The electrolyser will be assembled and installed in the coming weeks, with the validation process initiated when possible.
